We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we're offering the option to add our Flexible Booking Plan to your journey, providing flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed.

Our Flexible Booking Plan allows you to defer your booking to an alternative date or cancel your journey up to 90 days prior to travel for river cruises and up to 120 days for ocean cruises, less third-party fees. We will provide you with a Future Travel Credit to use on an alternate tour/cruise, which is valid for 24 months.

  • €250 pp additional to tour deposit (payable at time of making deposit payment).
  • Where you defer travel or cancel your booking up to 90 days prior to travel for River cruises and 120 days prior for Ocean/Yacht
    cruises, with no Scenic fees (3rd party supplier fees may apply).
  • Deposits paid* to Us will be applied as a future travel credit, minus any third party fees, which is valid for 24 months for you to use on alternate tour or cruise.
  • After 24 months if a tour or cruise is not rebooked the amount will be forfeited.
  • If value of tour rebooked is less than deposit then difference will be forfeited.
  • This does not replace Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend this be obtained at time of booking.
  • Not transferable to an existing booking or another guest.
    * Applicable third party supplier fees or Airline cancellation fees will be deducted from funds held.€250 pp additional to tour deposit (payable at time of making deposit payment).
