Chef Tom started his cooking career at Hyatt Hotels in his hometown of Mainz, Germany, followed by Steinberger Academy in southern Germany, where he obtained his master’s in culinary arts, graduating with honours. He trained under Thomas Keller and his team in the Napa Valley.

A finalist in the first season of Top Chef Germany, Chef Tom was invited to compete in the Top Chef World All Stars. In 2019, he joined the newly launched Scenic Eclipse as the Executive Chef and today is the Vice President of Oceans Hotel Operations for Scenic Group, overseeing the entire culinary program for both Scenic Eclipse Discovery Yachts and the two Emerald Cruises yachts.

Meet Chef Luciana Berry

Luciana Berry was the winner of the second season of “Top Chef Brazil.” She runs her own private catering company called Catering on the Hill and cooking sauce brand called BerryBartt. Originally from Bahia, Brazil, she left for London in 2004 to attend school for electrical engineering. She quickly switched gears as her time in school fueled her true passion for cooking as she shared her favorite Brazilian dishes with friends and neighbors.

Luciana also serves as an Ambassador of Brazilian cuisine in Europe, showcasing the exotic flavors and ingredients that are integral to Brazilian cuisine. She often caters for the Brazilian Embassy, Brazilian tourism board, corporate events and private dinner parties. During her spare time, she also writes recipes for Bossa Brazil magazine in the UK.

Meet Chef Bryan Voltaggio

Chef Bryan Voltaggio is the executive chef and owner of multiple restaurants including Thatcher & Rye and is the chef and partner at Voltaggio Brothers Steakhouse, VoltBurger, Vulcania, and Retro.

Bryan is a finalist of the James Beard Foundation Award, Top Chef (season six), Top Chef Masters (season five), and most recently Top Chef All-Stars (season sixteen). He is the author of HOME and co-authored VOLT Ink with his brother, Michael. He lives in his hometown of Frederick, MD with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children Thatcher, Piper, and Ever Maeve.
